From the moment you first contact us we arrange a personal consultation to sit down with you and understand your objectives. This is where we talk about your thoughts, priorities and how you see your new home living. Following our meeting, we will prepare a clear, customised quote outlining the specifics of the work to be carried out. This will ensure you feel fully engaged with the process.

Planning
Your appointed project manager will work directly with you and our architect to refine the details of your custom home project right from the first draft to the detailed drawings. We also handle all necessary planning applications so your development project continues seamlessly. When the designs are agreed, we provide a complete programme timetable and a confirmed budget, which your project manager will oversee during the build.

Build
Your project manager will keep you updated with regular updates and reports concerning site progress throughout the construction process. We’ll notify you ahead of time when important decisions need to be made, and will help you through those choices if needed. Our site craftsmen ensure the design is achieved with precision and propriety, to a standard of quality that leaves no detail unattended.

Aftercare
Once construction is complete, we conduct a thorough check of your brand new home to ensure everything meets your standard and yours. After that, we perform a walkthrough of the property together. We answer questions and assure that everything’s satisfactory before sign-off. Along with that, you’ll also have the peace of mind from our aftercare team, and a 10-year new home warranty.

Our process generally follows these phases.

Will you handle planning and building regulations for me?
Yes. We partner with skilled architects, consultants, and our own project managers to efficiently manage planning applications, building regulations and approvals. If you have an architect or have any other plans, we can work together. Alternatively, we can run the whole thing from the start for you.
How do you guarantee quality and craftsmanship?
We have access to proven and skilled craftsmen and tradespeople with experience in high-end builds only. To ensure quality control standards, we conduct regular checks during construction and finishing. When you receive your fully completed home, we perform a thorough handover inspection and provide a written warranty for peace of mind.
Do you provide aftercare or warranties after handover?
Absolutely. Once you have moved in, we can help you with any problems or snags. You can relax, because all of our new homes are covered by the 10-year structural warranty (or equivalent cover), so you can be confident and protected well after you have moved in.
Can I involve my own architect or designer, or do I need to use your team?
You can include your own architect or designer. We are willing to work with them. Otherwise, you may opt to use our full design-and-build service in which we manage the whole project in-house. No matter the way you choose, the end results remain the same: a house based on your vision, coordinated by professionals, and executed excellently.
