The Beginning
Established in 2018, Luxury House Builder has emerged as one of the leading luxury home builders in London, Buckinghamshire and Surrey. We operate across London and the South East and have a proven track record in high-end residential and commercial projects that are worthy of your finest home.
We take on the responsibility of being the principal contractor and custom house builder. In turn, we manage all the processes from initial designs and concepts through to the handover. The experienced services team ensures seamless coordination on-site and strict adherence to safety protocols for an ideal finish.
Whether it’s a bespoke family home, a new build scheme, or a contemporary commercial building, we strive to deliver professionalism, precision, and an honest approach to every project.

We manage development, construction, planning, cost management, architecture, and interior design in-house. This helps us keep control over quality and schedules. We also bring in outside specialists when needed. Our collaboration ensures the right level of work is assigned to each project and completed as planned.
